Absolutely Minuscule Spell Slot Tracker 5e

Ok look, I love tiny things, I've only ever played small characters (a gnome, dwarf, a halfling, a water genasi who looked like a halfling but was blue...) and I made this for my own dnd game and then people on the internet liked it so HERE WE ARE.
 
I am begging you to understand just how wee this thing is.
The base is 1" x 1-3/4" and less than 1/4" thick.
The holes are 3mm square, or about 3/32" square.
The tabs are 3mm x 6mm (or about 3/32" x 1/4") and less than 1/8" thick.
They come in a 2" x 3" baggie with ROOM to SPARE.
I will also throw in a couple spare unlabeled tabs for The Future.
 
PLEASE look at the photos and fully grasp the concept of this absolutely ridiculously-sized spell slot tracker.  The dice, pencil, and adult human hand are all standard-sized.
 
 I also have available the slightly more reasonably-sized one from the last photo!
