Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Many items in the shop can be personalized, or if you're looking for a completely custom design / item, please get in contact! And don't worry: sending me a message doesn't mean you have to buy anything.

I have an idea for a custom order, but I don't know if it's possible. What should I do?

Message me and ask about it! I like to say I'm a craft engineer -- I LOVE figuring out how to turn a wild idea into reality! So many of my custom orders have started out as "I really want to be able to do [X] ... could you make something like that?"

My item doesn't look exactly like the one in the photo. What's up with that?

Since each item is handcrafted, every single one is entirely unique, and you may notice some minor quirks or differences.

Can I return my purchases?

I don't accept returns, but please send me a message with any concerns that you have, and I will do my best to correct any issues.

I need it by tomorrow! Can I get rush shipping?

Since each item is made-to-order, I need time to actually create your purchases! But I tend to get started as soon as orders come in, so it'll usually be in the mail either the same or next day. After that, it's in the hands of the USPS.

I want something from your shop, but I want it in a different language. Can you do that?

Yes! All I ask is that you message me the exact text you want, so I can copy & paste without fear of getting it wrong. (And if you happen to want Enemy 1-10 and Boss tokens in French, I already have files for them from a previous request!)

I need a gift for a loved one who's a nerd, but I don't understand any of that stuff! Can you help me pick or design something for them?

Definitely! We can try to do a little recon together and see if we can come up with something that any nerd would be happy to get!
